Geronna Leonards F.N.P.-C is relocating to the Central Coast from the Deep South. A lifelong native of Louisiana, Geronna prides herself in family values, community service and southern hospitality. Geronna practiced as a Registered Nurse for eighteen years with specialty training as a Certified Emergency Nurse in the Emergency department. It was there in the Pediatric ED at Lafayette General that she discovered her love for Pediatrics. Geronna received her BSN from Northwestern State University, and her Masters from the University of South Alabama in 2011 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Geronna is the mother of four sons and a daughter and grandmother to six wonderful children. She met her husband, Adrian, while attending LSU and has been married for 37 years. As a provider she has practiced in the Emergency Department and Family Clinic settings. Her interest include traveling, entertaining, sewing and spending time with her family.
